Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex change concepts and the people-side of transformation. Lead client engagement teams and work with a wide variety of clients to deliver professional services. Develop and successfully manage to project budget.

Flexibility and ability to travel; willingness to travel on short notice to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 30%
Requirements :
A related bachelor's degree
Approximately 2+ years of experience in providing advisory services in a number of the following change enablement areas: Change Management, Stakeholder Management, Communications, Organizational Design, Leadership Development, Training, Governance, Workforce Strategies, Human Resources Transformation, Talent Management and Culture
Experience in delivering projects that cover the full life-cycle of Assessment, Design and Implementation support
