Our team is growing! Currently we are seeking a Manager & Senior Manager for our US Tax group. With the continued trend toward globalization, most successful Canadian-based companies look to the U.S. for expansion.To minimize tax liabilities, ensure compliance, and take full advantage of cross-border opportunities, our clientsneed advice from our experts who understand U.S. federal and state taxation laws and their interaction with Canadian tax principles

.Our team works to research and understand tax transactions, through the knowledge of our clients' business. Weprovide detailed tax returns and other cross-border tax compliance filings, and assist clients in their dealings withvarious tax authorities. We also perform technical research of taxation issues and assist in the implementation ofvalue-added tax planning strategies

• 5-7+ years’ of work experience with US Tax
• Completed undergraduate degree, preference given to those with a CPA
• Interpreting financial information, and review of US corporate income tax returns
• Strong leadership abilities to lead & mentor others
• A demonstrated team player with flexibility and initiative
• Strong MS Office skills including Word and Excel
• An accounting background would be considered an asset
