Administer human capital activities including total rewards, learning and development, recruitment and performance management
Conduct role evaluations, post job requisitions, contribute to recruitment plans and pro-actively manage the candidate experience to attract top talent
Network on behalf of MNP, acting as an ambassador for the organization
Consult and mentor leaders through the talent acquisition process and on issues related to legal, procedural, compliance, employee relations, problem resolution, total rewards and performance management
Lead consistency of performance targets, relevance of targets, process for promotions, transfers, job classifications, annual compensation cycle and performance evaluations
Participate in and conduct annual salary submissions, including job matching and related data
Prepare and deliver presentations for internal business; facilitate workgroups, training sessions and meetings
Manage terminations as appropriate, conduct exit and stay interviews and participate in dispute resolution meetings
Serve as a link between leadership and team members by managing inquiries, employee relations and educating on self-service options
Analyze statistical reports to identify and determine trends; identify and address issues that impact morale, effectiveness, turnover, absenteeism and productivity
Oversee the facilitation of regional learning and development administration and programs
Communicate disability management matters with benefits team members, provide support to payroll teams to manage payroll issues
Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches in order to improve work processes
Mentor, motivate and coach team members towards professional and personal development by setting clear expectations, providing feedback and conducting performance reviews
Requirements :
Post-secondary education and accreditation with HR specialty
Completion of, or working towards, CPHR designation
5 years of HR leadership experience
Experience with compensation is considered an asset
Professional services industry experience is considered an asset
Proven people management, relationship building and leadership skills
Fully bilingual in French and English (written and verbal) considered an asset
