Build and lead a strong team of Strategic Product Managers, ICT Solution Architects, Security Analysts and Business Relationship Managers;
Ensure effective execution of functions across the Technology and Portfolio unit;
Define and maintain portfolio roadmaps, lifecycle management and business case/cost-benefit analysis/ROI analysis;
Define and achieve portfolio financial objectives and make recommendations on increasing, reducing or maintaining the level of investment based on the expected return on investment;
Promote product management best practices within the strategic product management team to ensure that team members progress in their best practices as required by their position and learn from each other others;
Ensure that the architecture team delivers standardized solutions aligned with the portfolio and concrete implementations that accelerate delivery and allow us to converge our technology stack;
Provide leadership to develop, implement and manage SA cloud and application related security initiatives and ensure compliance;
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, understand and anticipate business group needs, identify opportunities and make recommendations to support the desired future state.
Requirements :
At least 10 years of relevant professional experience; bachelor's degree or higher;
Strong influencing and interpersonal communication skills and an open approach to collaboration within and across complex organizations and teams;
Stakeholder orientation with an ability to understand their needs and ensure the appropriate processes and governance are in place to deliver an excellent stakeholder experience at every touchpoint;
Proven experience in developing and articulating a technology-based service proposition;
Solid knowledge of data center technology services, cloud technologies and private cloud platforms.
