• Be responsible for ML/AI development initiatives (design, development and testing)
• Understand and validate the need in collaboration with the architect, product manager (PO) and users
• Ensure development, testing, deployment iterative functionality in collaboration with partners/business units
• Study, analyze and improve the performance of our models and systems
• Accelerate the training of machine learning models
• Improve ML/AI solutions by proposing developments and automation or optimizations

• Hold a minimum BAC diploma in computer science or a related field
• Have at least 5 years of experience in the field of computer science or artificial intelligence as an expert in software development artificial intelligence solutions
• Have completed over the last five (5) years, at least one (1) machine learning “production pipeline” development mandate (MLOps)
• Have very good experience with concepts related to big data, artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning and neural networks, time series, real-time data flow analysis and the Internet of Things • Have a
good experience with DevOps and MLOps processes (CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML development, deployment of models in production, management of their lifecycle, management of source codes with Git, etc.) • Have very good writing

• Have excellent oral and written communication skills in French.
