Commit to a rapid learning curve and exam schedule on the D365 product stack, with extensive Microsoft learning material and a firm commitment.
Implement and demonstrate exceptional technical solutions.
Communicate with clients and project teams to identify and explore needs through interviews, presentations, and workshops.
Work closely and collaboratively with clients to explain designs and demonstrate solutions.
Understand, diagnose, and recommend solutions for specific functional and technical challenges.
Implement technical solutions leveraging out of the box capabilities, configuration and customization.
Help select and execute approaches to delivery including waterfall and agile.
Support project planning, management, and status reporting.

Requirements :
Combination of academic achievement, experience, attitude and potential.
Experience and a demonstrated understanding of some aspect of software development from requirements through to technical implementation and testing.
Strong understanding of the full implementation lifecycle including requirements, architecture, design, development and testing; strong Sure Step understanding is beneficial.
Agile and innovative with a desire for personal growth and development.
Experience with Dynamics CRM or D365.
Development experience on the Microsoft stack (e.g. .NET, SQL Server).
Business analysis experience and/or qualifications.
Experience working with an agile approach.
Consulting or client-IT liaison experience.
Knowledge of cloud solutions and concepts.
Experience with other CRM and ERP packages.
Previous experience working with Government of Canada departments and understanding of the sector.
Valid Government of Canada security clearance.
Willingness to travel to client project sites as necessary.
