- Provide telephone assistance to clients regarding the use of the payroll application and its add-ons;
- Guide clients on the legislative rules and regulations in force regarding payroll;
- Ensure follow-up and resolution of customer cases according to service level agreements;
- Participate in sharing knowledge with your team;
- Identify and document problems encountered in order to continually improve.
- High school diploma
- Two years of experience in customer services preferably in a call center;
- Customer service-oriented approach and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet browsers;
- Knowledge of payroll systems (Nethris or EmployeurD application, an asset);
- “Understanding the principles of online payroll” training from Ahuntsic College or SCP accreditation from the National Payroll Institute (INP) (an asset).
