Participate in the proposal, planning and delivery of client engagements related to investigations into fraud and/or harassment in the workplace, incident response, litigation support , and other specialized proceedings or regulatory inquiries for a wide variety of clients, industries and disputes
Recover, compile and analyze large volumes of electronic data from a wide range of digital media for evidentiary purposes while ensuring integrity and chain of custody of the data is maintained
Use forensic tools and investigative methods to find specific electronic data including information that has been hidden, encrypted or damaged; internet use history, word processing documents, images, mobile phone records and other files
Present technical findings to MNP internal teams, clients, legal counsel, as required
Provide industry and technical expertise through client interactions, research and analysis, reports and other high-quality deliverables
Maintain flexibility to travel and work outside of regular scheduled hours, as necessary
Travel to client location(s) to gather digital evidence
Attend MNP Forensic Lab in North Mississauga
Requirements :
Degree in computer science, information systems, cyber fraud, cyber investigation or other related field
Ability to obtain one Digital forensics certification within the first year of hire (CFCE, EnCE, MCFE,)
1-2 years of experience in areas such as information security, forensic investigations, litigation support, technological investigations and eDiscovery, system administration and infrastructure, EDRM,
Experience with forensic tools (Magnet Axiom, X-Ways, FTK, Cellebrite, Tableau), and/or operating systems (Windows, Mac OS, Android, iOS, Unix) is preferred
Ability to obtain Secret Clearance through the Government of Canada Contract Security Program
Ability to obtain a U.S. work visa is considered an asset
