Day to day, you will work closely with a Creative Director, Associate Creative Director team, Strategy Lead and, ultimately, a client to navigate creative solutions to completion.
You will also work closely with our Project Managers and Producers to execute final work, whether it’s a 360 campaign, video, digital activation or presentation deck.
You must be strategically minded enough to understand business problems and creatively motivated to create insightful, compelling and surprising work.
Armed with diverse agency and life experience, you’ll provide exceptional design thinking and execute those ideas flawlessly working with a copywriter, producer and any number of photographers, editors, videographers, animators, and illustrators to bring ideas to life.
Requirements :
At least 1 year creative agency experience who can help create a broad range of client requirements, including traditional (TV, print) and digital advertising (social campaigns and digital ads) concepts and campaigns.
Must be a conceptual thinker.
Can execute concepts and craft final art flawlessly.
Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills to successfully work with colleagues and clients in an organization that solves important problems across various categories quickly and efficiently.
Expert knowledge of Adobe platforms.
Graduate of an advertising or design program. While your educational credentials are considered we’re more interested in a portfolio that demonstrates your capabilities.
The ability to manage work for numerous clients simultaneously, while frequently switching gears and staying organized.
The confidence and expertise to oversee the production of assets through to the finish line to ensure integrity of final product.
