Description :

Working closely with Tax Partners and senior tax staff to develop and implement tax planning assignments for clients.
Performing technical research and documenting tax plan recommendations.
Preparing individual and corporate tax returns.
Collaborating with peers and senior management on file planning and completion within time constraints.
Providing personal, attentive service to clients to encourage productive working relationships.
Identifying client service opportunities.

Requirements :

Successful completion of the Common Final Evaluation (CFE), at a minimum holding a status of CPA-in-waiting.
Enrolled or willingness to enroll in the CICA In-Depth Tax program.
Tax experience in a Professional Services Firm considered an asset.
Self-motivation with an ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Strong analytical skills and creativity to identify problems and potential solutions.
Strong proficiency in client-focused service.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects with conflicting timelines.
