Description :
Provide clerical support to the administrative team and office
Process, pick up and drop off documents
Organize, maintain, pull and re-sort files and conduct electronic filing
Maintain and sort incoming and outgoing courier packages and mail
Perform general office duties such as photocopying, faxing and printing reports
Prepare and process routine documents and/or reports
Ensure the filing room is clean and organized
Maintain overall cleanliness of breakroom
Occasional travel to and from local banks, post office or government offices
Assist at reception, as necessary
Maintain flexibility to work overtime, as necessary
Requirements :
Experience in a professional services environment is considered an asset
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
