Description :
  • Provide clerical support to the administrative team and office
  • Process, pick up and drop off documents
  • Organize, maintain, pull and re-sort files and conduct electronic filing
  • Maintain and sort incoming and outgoing courier packages and mail
  • Perform general office duties such as photocopying, faxing and printing reports
  • Prepare and process routine documents and/or reports
  • Ensure the filing room is clean and organized 
  • Maintain overall cleanliness of breakroom
  • Occasional travel to and from local banks, post office or government offices
  • Assist at reception, as necessary
  • Maintain flexibility to work overtime, as necessary
Requirements :
  • Experience in a professional services environment is considered an asset
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
