Description :

Account Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing retail accounts.
  • Understand each partner's unique needs and business objectives.
  • Create and execute tailored account strategies to achieve growth and customer satisfaction.

Product Expertise:

  • Stay updated on the latest consumer electronics trends and advancements.
  • Educate retail partners about our product range, features, and benefits.
  • Provide training and support to retail staff to enhance product knowledge.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the consumer electronics category.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve company-wide objectives.

Market Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify market trends and competitive insights.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team to influence future product offerings.
  • Regularly report on market conditions and the competitive landscape.

Customer Support:

  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and support for retail partners.
  • Act as a liaison between retail partners and internal departments.
Requirements :
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager in the consumer electronics or related industry.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of consumer electronics products, technologies, and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Strong analytical skills for market research and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
