Description :

Business Development: Identify and cultivate new client relationships and partnerships to expand our Cybersecurity/IAM offerings.
Cybersecurity and IAM Consulting: Lead and manage a consulting practice focused on IAM, offering strategic guidance, assessments, and implementation services to clients.
Technical Expertise: Leverage your deep knowledge of IAM and cybersecurity practices to design, implement, and maintain security controls and access management solutions for clients.
Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Cybersecurity professionals within the consulting practice, fostering a culture of excellence and client satisfaction.
Thought Leadership: Publish thought leadership articles, whitepapers, and give presentations at industry events to establish CGI as a trusted authority in the field.
Emerging Technologies: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, including AI, machine learning, and blockchain, and identify opportunities to integrate them into IAM and cybersecurity consulting services.
Senior Leadership Engagement: Effectively communicate the importance of IAM and cybersecurity best practices, providing insights into risk management, compliance, and business impact for clients.

Requirements :

Certification: At least two of the relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, CEH, CIPP, CIPM etc.)
Experience: A minimum of 15 years of experience in Identity and Access Management and Cybersecurity practice, with a proven track record of success in consulting roles.
Proficiency in identity orchestration and access control mechanisms.
In-depth knowledge of zero-trust security principles.
Experience in implementing zero-trust cybersecurity model.
Familiarity with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
Experience in applying AI and emerging technologies to IAM and Cybersecurity consulting.
Communication: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical information into clear, actionable insights for clients and non-technical stakeholders.
Vendor Relationships: Experience in managing relationships with security technology vendors and service providers on behalf of clients.
Compliance: Comprehensive knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field-Master’s degree is strongly preferred
