- Identify business needs from users or customers;
- Analyze a problem, identify solutions and issue detailed recommendations that meet the objectives pursued;
- Identify, understand, validate and prioritize improvements in processes, systems and organization;
- Produce reports for approval to tactical or strategic level authorities;
- Define requirements and take charge of acceptance tests (test strategy, test quote, carrying out acceptance tests);
- Carry out business analyzes and reports supported at the appropriate level, which are based on existing evidence;
- Model and optimize business processes;
- List the operational impacts of changes (technological or other);
- Liaise with business leaders, IT teams and change management stakeholders;
- Support users and partners (demos, training, task aids);
- At least 10 years of experience in the field of information technology or business administration;
- Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role;
- Analytical mind;
- Excellent oral and written communication;
- Have participated in a mandate in an Agile/Safe team context;
- An asset Having experience using XML, FHIR, HL7 technologies (an asset);
- Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interactions with domestic and global clients.
