Assist in the delivery of consulting engagements with a focus on organization and people services in the Indigenous, private, public, and not-for-profit and sectors
Execute projects related to human resource strategy and policy development, organizational review and design, talent management, performance management, and change management
Assist with the development of project plans and coordinate project logistics with clients and other stakeholders
Conduct detailed research and data collection, interviews, focus groups and surveys
Perform in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis and consolidate results to provide meaningful conclusions and recommendations
Support client implementation of new processes and tools through training and coaching
Support the design and development of high-quality deliverables including proposals, engagement letters, reports, presentations and other correspondence
Work collaboratively with the client engagement team
Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business, organizational development, organizational psychology, behavioural sciences or other related field; other combination of advanced post-secondary training and relevant professional experience will also be considered
Experience working in a consulting and/or professional services environment is considered an asset
Experience or training in project management is considered an asset
