Utilize data-driven insights to propose, plan, and execute consulting engagements across various sectors, including private, public, not-for-profit, and Indigenous organizations.
Execute business planning, feasibility studies, strategic planning, operational planning, program review, program re-deigns, financial analysis and other forms of management consulting.
Perform quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and statistical analysis to support decision-making processes to optimize operations and financial performance.
Create and maintain financial databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
Develop project plans and coordinate project logistics with clients and other stakeholders
Conduct detailed research and data collection, interviews, focus groups and surveys to gather insights.
Develop and manage complex financial models with multiple sheets, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Interpret variables and raw data, translating them into comprehensive and digestible insights.
Identify innovative ways to deliver added value to clients; ensure needs are met and relationships grow and develop.
Design and develop high-quality deliverables including proposals, engagement letters, reports, presentations and other correspondence
Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to the preparation and delivery of competitive proposals.
Work collaboratively with the client engagement team.
Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary
Requirements :
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, economics or other related field
CMC, PMP, Lean or other related certifications are considered an asset
2 to 3 years of consulting experience, ideally in a client-service environment is considered an asset
Experience in business and practice development is considered an asset
Experience in project management is considered an asset
