Act as point of contact for existing clients and nurture relationships by evaluating, assessing, and anticipating client’s needs
Collaborate with various business groups within the Firm to provide services for strategic planning, tax planning, estate and succession planning, tax optimization strategies, and independent wealth oversight
Support the Firm to identify potential high net worth clients and foster strategic relationships
Support Partners to drive and deliver successful client engagements
Contribute towards proposal process and recommend potential solutions and value-added services to the clients
Liaise with Client’s professional team to coordinate actions and communicate client objectives
Be a brand ambassador for Baker Tilly WM LLP’s Family Office and build a presence in the market.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field
5-7 years of relevant experience in customer service with significant emphasis on building and managing client relationships
Financial, Business, Investment, Banking or Insurance experience is considered an asset
Strong knowledge of client engagements and service
Self-accountable and organized
Detail-oriented with follow-through skills
Exceptional communications skills, both verbal and written
Works well in a fast-paced, high-volume organization with a diverse portfolio of work
Willingness to speak up and connect with high-net-worth individuals to create meaningful relationships
Ability to be flexible in a dynamically changing and growing practice area
