Team collaboratively with HC Leader, other LoS HCBPs and our Centres of Expertise (CoEs) to drive our One Firm strategy and execution on people related priorities
Partner with Deals Leader, Deals People Leader and National Deals Leadership team to identify, advocate and enable people related strategic projects & programs that improve business performance, including engagement and retention
Work collaboratively with the Deals Leadership team, Recruitment team, Resource Management team and HC Leadership Team to determine, communicate and develop a plan for Deals recruitment needs
Partner with the Development and Talent Director to prioritize and measure relevant Learning & Development programs and approaches within Deals
Manage the national Deals talent and performance management strategy and processes for staff, working with the Deals Leadership team and the HC Leadership team
Direct the Deals compensation process working with the Deals Leadership team and the Total Rewards CoE
Partner Performance Management and Partner Admissions
Post-secondary education, on-going learning efforts, and professional memberships that demonstrate a commitment to the HR profession
Deep expertise in people strategies and protocols with additional depth and breadth of knowledge of professional services firms & Partnerships
Experience as a strong coach for a team by ensuring an understanding, commitment and thought leadership approach to all people activities
Strategic thinking skills with strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to understand financial impact of recommendations
