Description :

  • Understand the intersects of HR technology and HR Service Delivery, and how HR technology can enable the HR function

  • Help clients establish their HR enabling technology strategies and solution architecture, in line with their HR strategy and HR service delivery model design

  • Lead ServiceNow HRSD implementations including strategy, design, configuration, testing and deployment; leading a team of functional and technical team members to deliver ServiceNow HRSD programs

  • Leveraging a strong grasp of the market, lead associated business development opportunities, helping to expand PwC Canada’s breadth and market presence in this space

  • Lead the team to further refine methodologies, digital tools, and assets while working with the leadership team to contribute to the practice’s vision and strategy and deliver against priorities

  • Help clients tackle end-to-end transformation and deliver extraordinary results

Requirements :
  • Substantial years of professional consulting experience, delivering service in industries such as Public Sector (including Federal Government) clients as well as across other in industries such as Financial Services, Telecom, Retail, Energy or Utilities

  • Substantial years of experience in ServiceNow implementations, experience with ServiceNow HRSD is preferred

  • Demonstrated experience of HR function transformation in either a consulting or in-house capacity in a leadership role

  • Experience in and/or designing and implementing HR Operations function

  • ServiceNow HRSD certification is preferred

  • Exposure to cloud-based technology implementations

  • Business Acumen: Demonstrate analytical thinking and produce high quality deliverables that create sustainable value. Lead business development activities including the production of proposals

  • Client Relationships: Communicate (written and verbal) with impact, build relationships with an open mind and are passionate about client service excellence. 

  • Global Acumen: Engage productively in complex, changing environments

  • Whole Leadership: Lead teams and create and contribute to the development of thought leaders

  • Superior detail orientation, organization, and analytical skills 

  • A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences, developing and coaching diverse teams, and ensuring diverse perspectives are heard

  • Travel Requirements up to 50%, as needed
