Stay ahead of current trends and likely disruptors in the Public Sector industry, enabling the identification of innovative solutions and opportunities for growth in the delivery of government services and operations. You will serve as a trusted advisor to CIO/CTOs and their leadership teams, building and maintaining relationships with these leaders to support their priorities and transformation journeys.  

Technical Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in technical project management, digital delivery, or technology consulting relevant to our clients, sectors, and industries. Bring a deep understanding of cloud technologies and the integration and implementation of emerging technology into business solutions.  You possess hands-on experience in architecting and delivering complex technology solutions.

Architectural Assessment and Road Mapping: Evaluate and assess complex technology application ecosystems and architectures, considering solution options and recommending implementation approaches. Develop comprehensive roadmaps that align with business goals and drive digital transformation initiatives across Public Sector  clients. Building  business models into technical models and architectures to guide implementation teams using architecture tools.

Vendor Coordination and Program Management: Collaborate with PwC alliance partners such as Microsoft, AWS, and Google to modernize existing systems, reduce architectural debt, ensure seamless systems and data integration, and optimize application development processes.

Strategic Cloud Technology Guidance: Provide strategic guidance on leveraging cloud technologies to drive digital transformation and innovation across Government and Public Sector (G&PS) companies. Stay informed about the latest advancements and trends in cloud computing and translate them into actionable insights for our clients.

Deep experience linking business and technology strategies, plans, and roadmaps, using enterprise architecture concepts and frameworks

Experience integrating solutions across SaaS, Cloud native as well as Outsource providers and their related data flows

Experience working also with engineering and cloud teams is a prerequisite, aka (moving from the big picture to proof of concepts/pilots and realization)

Experience using Enterprise Architecture modeling tools

Enterprise architecture certifications, such as TOGAF, along with relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect), demonstrating a strong foundation in architectural principles, frameworks, and cloud technologies

Hands-on knowledge of leading systems used in the Public Sector

Understanding of PBMM = Protected B, Medium Integrity, Medium Availability (or High Integrity, High Availability for PBHH) and the impact on Architecture.

The ability to translate technical concepts into executive-level presentations and  discussions 

The ability to lead the solution perspective and teams, developing complex solutions across multiple technology eco-system vendors
