Manage the Ignition Tax team, including full-time employees, contractors and third-party vendors
Provide leadership, direction and coaching to the management team to successfully accomplish operational goals and attain optimal performance levels
Liaise with the business, translating strategic goals into technology solutions
Regular communication and updates with key stakeholders and leadership, including presentations, executive summaries and KPI progress
Provide technical and/or functional guidance to team members to help them grow and develop
Create and cultivate a positive culture by motivating and inspiring team members to do their best work
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or advanced computer programming or software development preferred
At least 10+ years of experience in product development
At least 3 years of experience leading a technology team and product strategy. Demonstrated ability to motivate team members towards a common vision and deliver results
Strong experience and technical capability in cloud development
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong ability to leverage information, data and other metrics to develop informed and factual business cases
Strong presentation skills – good at creating presentations that convey information to senior stakeholders in an informative, clear and professional way
Proven relationship development in complex stakeholder management environments
Works effectively in situations involving rapid change, shifting priorities, and/or simultaneous demands and thrives in chaos
