Description :
  • Own all client communication and conduct/lead client and internal meetings.
  • Work closely with clients and internal team members to coordinate and complete projects.
  • Assist with project strategy, website architecture and assist with quality control.
  • Obtain client deliverables, present completed work, coordinate/obtain client feedback and approvals.
  • Manage project scope and hours for client change requests.
  • Manage multiple client projects and schedules simultaneously.
Requirements :
  • 2+ years of experience managing website projects/changes and client communication.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
  • Reliable, self-motivated professional with strong work ethic.
  • Ability to communicate, collaborate and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment.
  • Workfront and WordPress experience a plus.
