Manage large advertising budgets of clients across multiple channels, monitor KPIs, and develop and execute strategies for corrective measures.
Develop and implement multi-channel, fully integrated Digital Marketing campaigns and strategies, including Search, Display, Social, Video, Shopping, Native, etc.
Maintain ongoing, proactive, and consistent communications with clients on account progress, performance, and problem resolution.
Leverage several on and offline tools to carry out analysis and maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of Paid Media accounts
Actively test and analyze paid search ad copy and landing page A/B tests to achieve maximum ROI.
Execute and analyze monthly paid media business metrics, budgets, and reports, and present your findings and insights to clients in monthly reporting calls.
Research and evaluate paid marketing efforts and identify new campaign opportunities.
Train and manage Paid Media specialists of the team.
Track paid media best practices, bid management systems, keyword developments, and industry trends.
Requirements :
3 to 5 years of experience working on Google Search, Display, Microsoft Ads, and Paid Social advertising (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any relevant major.
Agency experience is preferred.
Advanced web skills, proficiency with Excel, search engine interfaces, and ad platforms.
Ability to demonstrate analytical skills, technical knowledge, and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
