Description : â— Provide internal/external placement services and recruitment services resolving problems of more than average difficulty for organizations characterized by hard-to-fill and one-of-a-kind positions (e.g. profession, administrative, or technical fields of work) and either a complex structure because of the nature of its mission or a highly dynamic and unstable one.
â— Provide managers and employees with information and interpretations of the agency's compensation, wage administration, and position management procedures, practices, policies and guidelines.
â— Process personnel actions, ensuring that each action meets the statutory, regulatory, and procedural requirements of Office of Personnel Management and Agency using the agency automated system. Assure that actions upon which employee pay and benefits are based are processed correctly.
