Description :
Conduct market research into client brand(s) and product(s)
Uncover & articulate compelling unique selling propositions
Analyze current top ads, offers, landing pages & conversion flows
Craft unique ad angles and hooks that can be used on the creatives
Spy on competitors & leading brands, stay ahead of trends
Own the whole conversion journey – ads, landing pages, USPs, video scripts, forms / checkout funnels, email/SMS flows – top to bottom
Requirements :
Demonstrated ability to produce high-performing ads & funnels for large advertisers
A strong portfolio of video and animated ads
Must have ad agency experience
Experience across various verticals & niches (including both B2C and B2B lead-gen)
Strong knowledge of digital advertising and media buying.
Strong lead-gen experience.
Landing page & Funnel Optimization expert.
Knowledge of A/B/n / Multi variate testing.
Very strong persuasive & DR copywriting.
Experience with Sales and Client Onboarding.
Proficient in Excel, Word, Google Docs, etc.
Experience with Photoshop, Creative Suite, PowerPoint, etc.
Experience with managing/overseeing creatives & growing teams
Ability to pitch clients, and create proposals & case studies.
Ability to maintain communications with client and media buyers to ensure proper advertisement is executed and planned.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact well with multiple departments.
