You’ll manage projects between your assigned Account Manager, Paid Strategist who represent the client and the Design squad.
You’ll be responsible for meeting critical project deadlines.
You’ll continue to grow your knowledge in all aspects of CRO and creative by keeping up on best practice and current creative trends, completing KB Academy training and other continuous self learning techniques.
You’ll be responsible for understanding the clients business and execute A/B testing and landing page strategy to achieve the client's goals.
Requirements :
You have great soft skills - fun, likable, and detail-oriented.
You have UX/CRO experience, design experience is a plus
You’ve managed more than 10 clients at one time.
You know how to prioritize and manage projects efficiently.
Experience with Unbounce, Google Analytics, Google Optimize, and Hotjar/Crazy Egg. You have knowledge and experience in a handful of design-related softwares including, but not limited to Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and others.
You've done A/B Testing on a regular cadence.
You feel confident working in a collaborative team setting.
You're a lifelong student, keeping up with the latest research and trends.
