The Account Supervisor is responsible for leading the management of key accounts and supervising account work performed by junior staff. They demonstrate the ability to manage up and across with peers and mentor account team members.
The right candidate has deep digital creative knowledge and experience with consumer brands. They can lead cross-functional teams to drive growth for our clients by leading with curiosity and critical thinking: asking probing questions, anticipating and addressing barriers.
Requirements :
5+ years in account management in an agency setting or fast-paced marketing department
Fluent in business acumen; understand the way our work impacts our clients’ business beyond marketing and communications
Deep understanding of a customer journey and platform integration to drive users throughout the conversion process
Familiarity with Pixel tracking (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc), and basic HTML knowledge is preferred
Track record of expertly counseling clients, managing issues and meeting business goals
Experience in client-related finance management, including managing projects within budget
Excellent writing, editing, and presentation-development skills
Excellent consultative skills (including effective questions, critical thinking, client management and framework and methodology application)
Ability to take initiative in unclear or ambiguous situations
Ability to communicate with teams and work from both client and agency sides
