Lead quarterly business reviews & other client-facing presentations that outline performance, insights from testing, and key strategic opportunities
Manage the flow of work through internal teams to ensure that we maximize our time and effort and our client's investment
Identify and solve problems, talk fluently about our work, and address questions about our typical digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, Social Media advertising, email marketing, CRO, analytics, etc.)
Manage profitability for clients to ensure that we are efficiently using resources & managing budgets
Work with sales & marketing to grow your book, support / lead pitches & grow current clients
Assist w/ recruiting, interviewing & hiring new team members
Work across business units and departments to ensure everyone is aligned and deliverables are being managed efficiently and effectively
Stay ahead of Digital Marketing industry trends & innovation
Requirements :
Deep in-platform experience at least two of our key service lines (Google Ads / YouTube, Meta / FB / Insta and/or SEO)
Experience managing 6-figure+ monthly budgets (lead-gen focus, not eComm)
5+ years with client management, account & project management
Strong leadership, communication & relationship management skills
Strong business acumen & general growth strategy
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects & prioritize effectively
