You are a subject matter expert across our portfolio of offerings and independently answer a significant percentage of partner questions, bringing in analysts sparingly.
You are responsible for day-to-day partner engagement and interactions and consistently seek to build relationships.
You are directly responsible for managing your team and supporting them with their portfolio of partner accounts.
You are directly responsible for working and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including SEO, Paid Media, Design, Development, etc.
You are responsible for creating agendas, managing meetings, and assigning tasks to other team members.
You are responsible for managing the scope of the engagement and respectfully declining partner requests that fall outside the scope. You are tactful when facing conflicting ideas and approach it as a collaborative discussion with the partner.
The effectiveness of each partnership largely depends on your ability to establish the right priorities for each partner engagement and execute against those priorities.
You inspire and influence both Searchbloom partners and colleagues to do their best under (almost always) suboptimal conditions.
Though you are not necessarily a practitioner in any digital marketing disciplines, you are deeply informed across all of them and capable of managing partners and working with your colleagues to execute shared goals and strategies.
You can respond to partner questions, concerns, and feedback across many topics. If questions arise that are outside your understanding, you work with your colleagues to find the answer or solution.
You pay close attention to the little details that ensure things look right before sending them to Searchbloom partners, adding your “stamp of approval.”

You convey the most important details during monthly and quarterly reporting meetings, telling the story of the results. Rather than reading off a list of numbers, you expertly communicate why things changed, what we did to impact them, how we move forward, and answer partner questions along the way.
