Manage the office front desk and lobby area–aka your command post. Own it, love it, and rock it as the in-person face and voice of the organization.
Ensure the entire HQ office is clean, orderly, and conducive to a productive work environment M-F
Manage all things “shipping and receiving” and inventory tasks including managing the office and kitchen supply inventory, as well as company assets such as laptop assignments
Support the People and Culture team through administrative support including document preparation, data entry, asset management, and correspondence
Update the “People” aspects of the Company’s website
Coordinate and execute Company Onsite and Offsite event planning
Support P&C team with Employee Lifecycle tasks involving new hires, employee separation, general inquiry response, etc.
Assist with employee engagement and recognition initiatives, including assisting with team building planning and execution, managing birthday and anniversary processes, etc.
Support HR Admin with new hire tasks such as sending virtual new hire packet through HRIS system to new hires, supporting New Hire Orientation, and more
Other duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements :
High school degree or equivalent
Prior experience in providing excellent customer service
Google Suite + Slack experience. Asana experience preferred
Demonstrated excellent communication skills (includes email and phone etiquette)
Self-starter - Ability to set own deadlines, prioritize tasks, and see things through to completion
