Serve as a Child Support Subject Matter Expert that works with our Microsoft Team on the development and enhancement of our technology solutions related to Child Support Services.
Driving to completion the backlog/enhancements to our child support assets through strong task coordination, problem solving and management skills.
Playing a key role in our demonstrations/presentations to prospective clients, which feature our technology solutions.
Support our IBM Consulting Child Support Opportunities by being an active team member on requests for information, requests for proposals, etc.
Working directly with clients on engagements to realize business and technical requirements in the child support and other domains.
Requirements :
5+ years working child support across core functions including,
Intake
Locate and external interfaces
Establishment
Enforcement/Compliance
Financial management, including financial distribution
Understand current trends in child support related to working with families
Experience with child support system federal certification requirements
