The Weather Company is seeking a Backend Developer to work on our spatial data team to develop, maintain, and improve the services that provide weather imagery data to our customers and applications. In this role, you will develop software to ingest, store, transform and distribute geospatially referenced data at very large scale in a cloud environment. You will work on a small team of 3 developers with one devops engineer to create and deploy software using Scala, Golang and Java. You will also work on internal tooling that will require familiarity with full stack technologies.
