Description :
  • Working with our service delivery teams to help support client’s digital websites
  • Helping to identify, prioritise and complete backlog items to optimise client’s digital websites
  • Researching and identifying solutions to complex technical problems
  • Tracking application issues through to resolution, within agreed SLA’s
  • Prioritising and managing multiple ongoing issues
  • Automating manual processes
  • Documenting technical knowledge
  • Maintaining strong relationships
  • Providing guidance on common security issues
Requirements :
  • Proven work experience as a software engineer
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot advanced technical issues
  • Strong knowledge of PHP and Drupal
  • Familiarity with Drupal database schema and common database query techniques
  • Experience with debugging techniques and tools, such as Xdebug
  • Knowledge of web server configurations, such as Apache
  • Understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git
  • Exposure to continuous integration, build tools and scripting
  • Ability to write and debug complex SQL queries
  • Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management (eg. Jira, ServiceNow) or similar tooling
