Negotiation and Deal Closure:
Lead contract negotiations, ensuring win-win outcomes for both the client and the company.
Drive the sales cycle from prospecting to proposal creation, presentation, and final contract signing.
Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently delivering on quarterly and annual revenue goals.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, activities, and forecasts in our SalesForce CRM system.
Provide regular reports and insights to sales management, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Requirements :
Minimum of 10 years of proven B2B sales experience, with a focus on Microsoft software and services.
Deep knowledge of Microsoft products, including .NET, PowerBI, Office 365, Azure and SharePoint.
Experience of growing and building VAR relationships with Tier 1 software vendors
Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
Exceptional consultative selling and negotiation abilities, with a customer-centric mindset.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships at the executive level.
