Driving governance standards portfolio-wide, including tracking, monitoring and updating the status of project and programme work
Ensuring portfolio level dependencies are handled and the dependency log is accurately maintained
Supporting project planning, scope management, forecasting, financial management and change management activities across the project portfolio
Regular travel to client site(s) across the UK to meet client need and demand required
Requirements :
Excellent stakeholder management skills
A flexible, “can-do” attitude and desire to learn
Attention to details coupled with ability to segment and aggregate the data and show both, macro and micro views of project status depending on the audience
Experience of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Salesforce and Kimble are desirable but not essential
