Description :
  • Technical Support: Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications. Investigate and resolve complex issues, ensuring timely resolution to minimise downtime and maintain system availability.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Dynamics support engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Provide guidance, coaching and training to enhance the team's technical skills and knowledge.
  • Strategy and Growth: Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for the Dynamics support team, aligning it with the company's goals and objectives. Identify opportunities for growth, propose new initiatives, and lead the implementation of process improvements to enhance the team's efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, platform engineers, and service managers, to ensure high-quality operational support of Dynamics 365 solutions. Collaborate on solution designs, deployment plans, and system enhancements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technologies. Evaluate new tools, methodologies, and best practices to continuously improve the team's capabilities and enhance overall system performance.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, troubleshooting guides, and standard operating procedures. Promote knowledge sharing within the team and across the organization to foster a learning culture.
Requirements :
  • Proven Experience in a technical support role, with a focus on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications. Demonstrated ability to resolve complex technical issues and provide effective solutions
  • Dynamics 365 Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Finance and Operations, or other relevant modules. Proficiency with configuration and integration of power platform applications
  • DevOps Passion: Strong interest and passion for DevOps principles and practices. Experience with DevOps tools and methodologies, such as CI/CD pipelines, version control systems is highly desirable
  • Leadership Skills: Prior experience in leading and managing technical teams. Ability to motivate and inspire team members, foster collaboration, and drive results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Continuous Learning: Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Willingness to stay updated on the latest advancements in Dynamics 365 and related technologies
