• Desktop, PC, Laptop and mobile devices rollout/migration
• Assist with Cyber Essentials audit and remediation for customers.
• Software Installation and Upgrades as necessary
• Assisting Senior Engineers with project
• Upgrade hardware as necessary
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to installation and maintenance.
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

The ideal candidate must be able to:

• Complete site surveys and technical documentation of deployed solutions in detail
• Must be able to attend customer sites and provide professional customer service.
• Have great organisation skills working in a team and/or with EBC Group clients.
• Be a great communicator to discuss client expectations and complete handovers to the support team.

The Ideal Candidate must have Experience in:

• Office 365 product portfolio, deployment and administration.
• Connecting devices to remote desktop solutions and thin technologies.
• Desktop OS and Office Applications.
• Must have experience in setting up and deploying laptops, desktops and mobile devices.
• Endpoint Security Solutions.
