Description :
  • Good competency levels of knowledge relating to IT Infrastructure including on-premise, hybrid and cloud solutions and services
  • Knowledge of UCaaS and Managed Print Solutions
  • A record of demonstrable achievement within a target driven environment
  • Self-motivation, tenacity and able to work with a degree of autonomy
  • Methodical approach with good attention to detail delivering accuracy in your work
  • Enthusiastic approach and customer focused.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills including telephone and face – face
  • Capability to upsell and/or cross sell opportunities in order to maximise outcome
  • An understanding of data to allow for analysis, supporting a proactive approach to client and wider workload
  • An ownership of learning
  • An understanding of the Cyber Security threat landscape and knowledge of risk mitigation would be advantageous
