Research, discover, prioritise and implement a CRO strategy for a mix of key accounts from international brands to quirky SMEs
Deliver qualitative and quantitative insights and using finding to inform client roadmaps and objectives
Track and analyse experimentation performance with the relevant tools and report
Deliver service with acute awareness of client commercial targets/levers
Act as a key point of contact for clients, leading on strategy and helping our clients mature their testing programmes
Requirements :
Previous experience in a CRO/Optimisation position of at least one of the most common testing tools in the market (Google Optimize, Adobe Target, VWO or Optimizely)
Hands-on experience with Web Analytics tools such as Google (GA4) or Adobe Analytics
Knowledge of user behaviour and heat mapping tools such as HotJar, Content Square, Crazy Egg, Microsoft Clarity, etc.
Knowledge of CRO best practice and conversions levers
Ability to turn insight into actionable recommendations for your client(s)
