Responsibility for the retention and growth of all revenue streams for a large, complex customer account with strategic importance to our organisation
Develop and build strategic customer relationships by taking responsibility for customer satisfaction, encouraging loyalty and mitigating risk of termination
Collaborate with group specialists to facilitate the generation of new portfolio revenue streams within these accounts
Ensure the client is aware of the full PAV value proposition, our latest marketing campaigns and is consuming activities inclusive of our virtual and physical events
Commercial management of tenders, retenders and price negotiations
To be a champion of the customer internally
Interpret, negotiate and implement complex contractual obligations
Requirements :
10+ years of experience in role with responsibility for customer delivery (service or project or both) with the ability to demonstrate consistent achievement of positive customer outcomes
Experience of delivering to revenue targets, and growing the value of customer accounts
Experience of managing stakeholders at Executive level
Outstanding team communication skills, confident in dealing with internal and external clients
Independent, self-directing and solution focused working style
Ability to effectively manage stakeholders to Executive level
