UX deliverables: proficient in producing a variety of UX outputs, including personas, user journeys, wireframes, mock-ups, designs, and prototypes
Insight synthesis: skilled at synthesising user insights, market data, and global trends to create exceptional user experiences
Collaborative approach: collaborates effectively with clients and developers to bring designs to life while considering user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints
Usability testing: actively engages in usability testing to continuously refine ideas and designs
Client workshops: experienced in running workshops with clients and presenting deliverables to senior stakeholders
Cross-disciplinary collaboration: interest in defining the design process while collaborating with various disciplines such as research, strategy, and service design
Visual storytelling: possesses an enthusiastic sense of aesthetics and the ability to visually convey stories
Communication: confident and clear communication skills when presenting work to clients and peers
Digital artefacts: proficient in crafting attractive and clear digital assets
