Partner with local leadership teams to understand the needs of the business and our people.
Take responsibility for the ideation, design, develop and implement of a variety of People project and initiatives.
Interpret people data (such as equal opportunities, sickness, absence, and exit interview), highlighting strong elements for maintenance and areas for improvement, then proposing solutions.
Collaborate with the wider People Team (Business Support component) to ensure that all People Team tasks are processed effectively, supporting on employee relations cases where necessary.
Support the Head of People in building and delivering the wider people agenda.
Requirements :
A strong People Partner with experience working within a similar role in a fast-paced, high-performance environment (ideally CIPD qualified).
Considerable experience of taking ownership for managing large-scale change projects (ideally globally).
Highly creative, with the ability to generate ideas for engaging and impactful initiatives (from scratch) and see these through to implementation.
Strong stakeholder management skills; the ability to build relationships, understand needs, and offer considered guidance.
Highly adaptable; open to change and willing to ‘muck in’ to get the job done.
Strong knowledge of employment law and the ability to translate this into clear, usable information/actions.
An enthusiastic team-player, while still self-driven and able to work without frequent support.
