Description :
  • Responsibility for the retention and growth of all revenue streams for SME customer accounts
  • Develop and build customer relationships by taking responsibility for customer satisfaction, encouraging loyalty and mitigating risk of termination
  • Collaborate with group specialists to facilitate the generation of new portfolio revenue streams within these accounts
  • Ensure the client is aware of  the full PAV value proposition, our latest marketing campaigns and is consuming activities inclusive of our virtual and physical events
  • Commercial management of tenders, retenders and price negotiations
Requirements :
  • 5+ years of experience in role with responsibility for customer delivery (service or project or both) with the ability to demonstrate consistent achievement of positive customer outcomes
  • Experience of delivering to revenue targets, and growing the value of customer accounts
  • Good team communication skills, confident in dealing with internal and external clients
  • Independent, self-directing and solution focused working style
  • Good written and oral communication skills
