ø Develop & Implement process & principles to collate, build insights, report & govern KPI’s
and metrics related to Account Automation Transformation group.
ø Continuously evaluate Accounts/Vertical’s/Service lines to ensure they are meeting KPI’s
and meeting deadlines, collaboration with Account Transformation Program Managers.
ø Roll out updates in ACE portal in collaboration with stake holders.
ø Conduct periodic governance meeting with stakeholders: M-Review consolidation, AHM
deck consolidation, Monthly mailers Vertical’s/Service lines.
ø Tracking training requirements upskill & reskill for Vertical/Service lines with
Eductech/Shoshin school.

ø Invoicing and Collection coordination

ø Internal stake holders – Automation Program Managers, Vertical’s /Service line Heads,

4.Guidence on Organization policies, Process, People relationship management
ø Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as
documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.
ø Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.
ø Prioritize Governance outcomes as per Strategic Business Objectives
ø People change management.
ø Periodic / proactive communication
ø Issue resolution / Escalation management.
ø Contract compliance management.
