Requirements :
Minimum 12 years of professional experience in software engineering.
Considerable expertise in Kubernetes, especially with Amazon EKS, includingoperator patterns, Kubernetes clients, controllers, shared informers, andcaching mechanisms.
Proficiency in Golang and extensive experience with AWS.
Demonstrated ability to lead multiple scrum teams (10 to 35 engineers).
Experience in leading technical design, architecture, and code reviews.
Strong ability to simplify technical designs and operations to enhance teamunderstanding and performance.
Proven track record of operational excellence and ability to innovate andsimplify processes and designs.
