Requirements :
A demonstrable history 10+ years of implementing principles of Interaction Design, Information Architecture, and Visual Design to create Human-Centered product experiences
Mentoring and developing junior team members into accomplished design professionals
Planning and resourcing multi-quarter cross-functional projects
Using design and design research methodologies to facilitate cross-team collaboration, problem-solving, and understanding.
Advocating for persona-driven design and communicating compelling design solutions to key partners
Participating and leading hiring activities and interviewing
