Perform the relevant project management/PMO processes - i.e., initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and control and close, and the supporting processes e.g., scope, cost, time, issue, risk, resource, communication, stakeholder management
Support to Plan the project based on a defined need – results in detailed scope/budget/schedule baseline
Support in the creation of detailed Program/Project Plans and Scheduling; keep track of quality standards, deliverables, and dependencies
Maintain resource plans to meet the program/project deliverables
Maintain monitoring and control mechanism to track the progress of projects at all phases.
Execute RAID processes; Track and highlight risks & issues pertaining to projects and discuss them during review meetings; Create risk dashboards
Support to publish Program health dashboards/ MIS reports to various stakeholders
Support analysis of program/project metrics and generate reports pertaining to resources, critical paths, project schedules, budget v/s actual spend, dependencies etc.
Interface and communicate with program/project team, management, and stakeholders
Work within defined governance processes and adhere to all the security and organisational policies
Requirements :
1-4 years of experience
Strong knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Experience working with global teams
Strong team working skills across matrixes client, supplier, and geographically dispersed virtual teams
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – must be able to communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writing
