Test Environment Support. : Techno-functional resource, Finacle 10x, Connect-24, Uniser, Finacle Integrator (FI), Web Services (WAS), IBM-MQ, Debug, RCA, data import, Export, Interface (ATM, UPI, IMPS, POS, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, SWIFT)
Coordination with Internal Technical and Bank teams for analysis of the issue. Co-ordination with the L2/L1 team to help in logical closure of tickets.
Tracking and closing the tickets with OEM (L3 offshore Support team) and follow up till logical closure and permanent issue resolution.
Managing client escalation call and arranging solution within SLA
Having expertise on Delivery management excellence.
Project Budgeting, Risk assessment and planning mitigation.
Having Knowledge on product customisation layer and debugging skills.
Should have knowledge on Finacle Product Architecture.
