• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and specifications
• Conduct risk assessments and prioritise testing efforts to ensure optimal coverage and risk mitigation
• Create and maintain a library of test artefacts, including test scenarios, data sets, and automated testing scripts
• Execute manual and automated tests to identify defects, regressions, and performance issues
• Analyse test results, track defects, and work closely with development teams to facilitate timely resolution
• Provide detailed and actionable feedback to improve software quality and usability
• Drive the implementation of automated testing processes, tools, and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the continuous improvement of QA practices
• Lead and manage QA test engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluation
• Define and communicate testing standards, best practices, and processes to ensure consistent quality across projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish testing requirements, scope, and schedules
• Motivate and coach teams to deliver high-quality work
• Align with business and technical priorities and understand customer requirements
• Present and communicate effectively to all levels of the organisation, including technical and non-technical audiences, leadership, and management

Graduate or Post Graduate Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
