Design innovative solutions which make users more productive so that they can focus on really tough challenges and not their tools. Understand research findings and incorporate them into your designs. Communicate designs through sketches, wireframes, and prototypes as needed. Design elegant interfaces and processes which make the complex, simple. Communicate, influence, and collaborate with other UX team members, stakeholders, and project teams. Adapt and flex to dynamic project needs and priorities. Collaborate with other designers to critique designs, build on standards, and contribute to the upstream technical design language. Maintain project flexibility, nimbleness, and velocity to respond to dynamic business needs. Educate and advocate for proper design principals and processes.   Qualifications At least 7 years of experience in UX design or MS/MA in Design, Human Factors, HCI, Information Science, or similar field Enjoy collaboration with a diverse team including designers, non-designers, and those from different cultures or backgrounds Demonstrate initiative, flexibility, teamwork, and an eagerness to learn Find consensus and compromise as needed Have experience designing for web apps and/or desktop applications Have experience working on an Agile software team Have a portfolio which demonstrates your ability to understand and solve tough problems and illustrates your design process Ability to be collocated at the ExxonMobil Bengalaru Technical Center in Whitefield at least 3-4 days every week Excellent conversation English especially when dealing with technical stakeholders from global locations Tough technical domains or expert systems experience preferred Systems optimized for use by experts Knowledge of data visualization and dashboard within systems such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Spotfire preferred.
